1. Rural Stakeholder Database

This editable template was developed within the ENGINE project to support the identification and documentation of key rural stakeholders. It is designed to help project partners systematically collect relevant information about individuals, institutions, and organizations involved or interested in rural development. The template includes fields such as stakeholder name, group type, contact details, gender, age group, and consent status. It serves as a practical tool for stakeholder mapping, engagement planning, and communication tracking throughout the project.

2. Business or Social Initiative Description Form

This editable form was developed within the ENGINE project to document and present rural business or social initiatives. It guides users through the process of describing an initiative’s key characteristics, objectives, use of local resources, development potentials, and required competencies. The form also includes sections to identify supporting stakeholders and possible socio-economic challenges. It is intended to facilitate knowledge sharing, replication of good practices, and structured reflection on rural entrepreneurship and innovation.

3. Rural Consultation Meeting Summary Report

This document was created within the ENGINE project to support the collection and reporting of stakeholder feedback during rural consultation meetings. It provides a structured format for summarizing the organization, implementation, and outcomes of meetings held with rural stakeholders. The template includes sections on preparation, methods used, participant engagement, key discussion points (related to the rural potential maps), and recommendations. It also captures participant profiles and evaluation data. The form is designed to facilitate transparent documentation and to support data collection for project analysis and knowledge sharing.

4. Participant list of the Rural consultation meeting

This template, developed within the ENGINE project, is designed to document attendance at rural consultation meetings. It includes essential fields such as participant names, organizational affiliation and role, email addresses, and signatures. For online meetings, it allows for the inclusion of a CSV report detailing join and leave times. The form supports transparent record-keeping and helps verify stakeholder engagement in project-related consultations.

5. Rural Development Potential Map

This template, developed within the ENGINE project, provides a structured format for creating Rural Development Potential Maps for specific regions. It includes three key sections: (1) a socio-economic profile of the region and its rural areas, (2) a visual representation of local resources, development potentials, and initiatives, and (3) detailed descriptions of entrepreneurial and innovative initiatives. The template helps document how rural resources can be transformed into development opportunities and what E&I competencies and stakeholder support are needed to implement them. Crucially, it serves as a core diagnostic tool supporting the mapping, analysis, and design of targeted, relevant, and future-oriented educational programmes and E&I development strategies, ultimately aimed at enhancing regional education systems and fostering innovation and entrepreneurship.

6. Rural Development Potential Map (graphic part)

This visual component of the Rural Development Potential Map complements the narrative template by graphically illustrating the connections between local rural resources, development potentials, and selected entrepreneurial and innovative initiatives. Using a simple and intuitive structure, the diagram helps make visible how regional assets can be activated and transformed into development opportunities. The visual map serves as a communication and planning tool, supporting discussion, reflection, and strategic decision-making.
